I have worked with a few web designers in the past with mixed results. From my first conversation with Vince it was an absolute pleasure. I had a technical problem in combining my old site with the proposed one. All of the other web designers advised me it was a major problem and probably could not be done. I love my website! Being a throwback from the dark ages, re-doing our website after many years was a daunting task. We had approached many people who gave us all kinds of information- none of it made much sense. When we found Vince and Cindy at Pro Base, the experience was wonderful. They totally understood what we were trying to achieve and explained it in ways that didn't hurt my brain. My customers love it as well, the site is clear and fun and has increased our business because people have a much better understanding of what we do and why we love to do it. I was delighted with the work Probase Canada did on my website. Vince did a great job improving the technical side of things; Cindy made the site look like a million bucks. Both of them went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They are quick to respond to questions, always providing same day service. I recommend Probase Canada highly.
